| IDENTIFICATION: | Each length of pipe and each fitting shall bear the initials or name of the manufacturer and the location of the plant. The words "Extra Strength" or the symbol "ES" shall be included, when applicable, to identify the class of pipe. The markings shall be indented on the exterior of the pipe, and shall be plainly legible for identification. The product shall also bear the UPC certification mark®. Couplings Manufacturer's name or trademark, size, model number and UPC® certification mark. | |
| CHARACTERISTICS: | Extra strength clay pipe and fittings meeting the requirements of ASTM C 700-2007e1 with factory applied compression joints. Products comply with the applicable sections of the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code® and the International Plumbing Code®. Manufactured in compliance with ASTM C 700-2007a. Products listed on this certificate have been tested by an IAPMO R&T recognized laboratory. This recognition has been granted based upon the laboratory’s compliance to the applicable requirements of ISO/IEC 17025. |
