CERTIFICATE OF LISTING
IAPMO Research and Testing, Inc. is a product certification body which tests and inspects samples taken from the supplier's stock or from the market or a combination of both to verify compliance to the requirements of applicable codes and standards. This activity is coupled with periodic surveillance of the supplier's factory and warehouses as well as the assessment of the supplier's Quality Assurance System. Field installed kits shall be marked on the package or the product with the manufacturer's name or trademark, kit model number, or model numbers of the fixture(s). The product shall also bear the UPC® certification mark. |

| CHARACTERISTICS: | Plastic shower units with or without walls manufactured integral with the shower; or as a multi-piece unit distributed as part of the shower unit. Showers intended for installation against a wall shall incorporate an integral, factory applied nailing flange in accordance with the latest edition of ANSI Z124.1.2. Showers w/o nailing flanges are listed as drop-in units only and are not to be installed against a wall. To be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instruction and the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code. Products comply with the applicable sections of the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code®. Manufactured in compliance with ANSI Z124.1.2-2005. Products listed on this certificate have been tested by an IAPMO R&T recognized laboratory. This recognition has been granted based upon the laboratory’s compliance to the applicable requirements of ISO/IEC 17025. |
