| IDENTIFICATION: | Material complying with ASTM D 4551 shall be continuously marked and shall include the following spaced out at intervals of not more than 2 ft. (610mm): Manufacturer's name (or brand name or trademark), material designation, "Grade 30 or Grade 40", with which the sheet complies, "ASTM D 4551" and the UPC® certification mark. | |
| CHARACTERISTICS: | A 30 or 40 mil PVC waterproofing membrane for use as shower pan liners. Available in rolls of various widths and lengths. Sheets are to be joined and installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the requirements of the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code. NOTE: A layer of standard grade fifteen (15) pound asphalt impregnated roofing felt must be formed to the sub-base prior to installing the 30 mil material. Manufacturer furnished dam corners are required. Products comply with the applicable sections of the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code®. Manufactured in compliance with ASTM D 4551-96 (RA01). Products listed on this certificate have been tested by an IAPMO R&T recognized laboratory. This recognition has been granted based upon the laboratory’s compliance to the applicable requirements of ISO/IEC 17025. |
