CERTIFICATE OF LISTING

IAPMO Research and Testing, Inc. is a product certification body which tests and inspects samples taken from the supplier's stock or from the market or a combination of both to verify compliance to the requirements of applicable codes and standards. This activity is coupled with periodic surveillance of the supplier's factory and warehouses as well as the assessment of the supplier's Quality Assurance System. IDENTIFICATION:	The identification of the flush mode shall be depicted on the actuator. This identification shall be either by graphic display or lettering, or shall be intuitively apparent. The watercloset shall be legibly marked as specified in ASME A112.19.2 -2008/CSA B 45.1-2008 or ANSI Z124.4, as appropriate. Water closets equipped with dual flush device shall be marked with the reduced flush volume and the designation ASME A112.19.14 to signify compliance with this standard.  The location of the mark shall be determined by the manufacturer and is not required to be permanent, but it shall be visible after installation. The label shall be intended for removal by the occupant only, and this shall be so stated on the label.  The product shall also bear the cUPC® certification mark.
CHARACTERISTICS:	Six-liter water closets equipped with a dual flushing device. To be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the requirements of the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code. Products comply with the applicable sections of the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code®. Products are also certified as “Green” in accordance with IAPMO R07S. Such product, by their very nature, provides a level of sustainability in the built environment that is not normally included in typical applications. Models listed to the National Plumbing Code of Canada and Relevant Canadian Standard(s) shall bear the cUPC mark of conformity.  Manufactured in compliance with ASME A112.19.14-2006 & ASME A112.19.2-2008/CSA B45.1-2008. Products listed on this certificate have been tested by an IAPMO R&T recognized laboratory. This recognition has been granted based upon the laboratory’s compliance to the applicable requirements of ISO/IEC 17025.
