IAPMO Research and Testing, Inc. is a product certification body which tests and inspects samples taken from the supplier's stock or from the market or a combination of both to verify compliance to the requirements of applicable codes and standards. | IDENTIFICATION: | Flush valves shall be marked with the manufacturer name or registered trademark or incase of private labeling of the customer for whom the unit was manufactured. This mark shall be readily identified and permanently affixed. The product shall also bear the cUPC® certification mark. | |
| CHARACTERISTICS: | Flush valves complete with optional rubber, vinyl or plastic flapper with stainless steel chain or dacron cord with acetal beads, overflow tube, nut and washer. To be installed with an IAPMO listed anti-siphon ballcock, and in accordance with the requirements of the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code. To be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the requirements of the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code. Products comply with the applicable sections of the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code® and the International Plumbing Code®. Models listed to the National Plumbing Code of Canada and Relevant Canadian Standard(s) shall bear the cUPC mark of conformity. Manufactured in compliance with ASME A112.19.5-2005 & CSA B125.3-05. Products listed on this certificate have been tested by an IAPMO R&T recognized laboratory. This recognition has been granted based upon the laboratory’s compliance to the applicable requirements of ISO/IEC 17025. |
