CERTIFICATE OF LISTING
IAPMO Research and Testing, Inc. is a product certification body which tests and inspects samples taken from the supplier's stock or from the market or a combination of both to verify compliance to the requirements of applicable codes and standards. This activity is coupled with periodic surveillance of the supplier's factory and warehouses as well as the assessment of the supplier's Quality Assurance System. This listing is subject to the conditions set forth in the characteristics below and is not to be construed as any recommendation, assurance or guarantee by IAPMO Research and Testing, Inc. of the product acceptance by Authorities Having Jurisdiction.

| IDENTIFICATION: | Each fixture or fixture component (except for pedestal lavatories) shall be permanently and legibly marked with the manufacturer’s name or registered trademark and the date of manufacture. Water closets shall be permanently and visibly marked with the model number and gravity flush tanks shall be permanently marked with a water level mark. Water closets and urinals shall be marked, in close proximity to the manufacturer’s name or trademark, with the water consumption in LPF. Each fixture shall be marked with the designation “complies with ASME A112.19.2M” as well as with the cC/IAPMO® Triangular certification mark. Special purpose fixtures that do not comply with certain dimensional requirements shall be marked as “N”; plumbing fixtures intended only for RV use shall be permanently marked with “RV”. All packaging shall be marked with the manufacturer’s name or registered trademark; or in case of private labeling, the name of the customer for whom the fixture was manufactured. Packaging for water closets and urinals shall be marked with the water consumption in LPF. Marking on packaging for water closets and urinals shall include the manufacturer’s recommended working pressure. | |
| CHARACTERISTICS: | Vitreous china plumbing fixtures, containing components of other recognized materials. Fixtures may include water closets, lavatories, urinals, bidets, service sinks and drinking fountains. To be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Models listed to the National Plumbing Code of Canada and Relevant Canadian Standard(s) shall bear the cC/IAPMO triangular certification mark. Manufactured in compliance with ASME A112.19.2-2008/CSA B45.1-2008. Products listed on this certificate have been tested by an IAPMO R&T recognized laboratory. This recognition has been granted based upon the laboratory’s compliance to the applicable requirements of ISO/IEC 17025. |
